Hi! I posted a comment once before. I'm a fellow Samaritan's Ministry member that has been appreciating and benefiting from your blog. I so appreciate your heart for our Lord in spite of your trauma. I'm kind of bummed myself this morning. I have a lot of digestive problems. I was suppose to go with some friends to an awesome Passion Play but my intestines are at war and send me flying to the bathroom. Hardly a good idea to travel in a car 2 hours away. My friends and I are disappointed. I guess God has other plans for me today. Like I wouldn't be writing to you right now if I had went with them. Do you read "Our Daily Bread" by RBC ministries? Apr. 5 was really good: The Power Of Praise. If you don't have the little book, you could probably read it on-line at rbc.org. Also, I've recently began receiving daily and weekly updates from Max Lucado at Upwords.com. We need all of the encouragement we can get. I've been praying for all of you and Haiti and will continue to do so. I enjoyed reading your article in the Samaritan Ministries newsletter. Keep the faith and joy in our Lord! Love in Jesus! Lorrie
I hope you are feeling better by now. Changed plans are often disappointments, but yes, God can bring good out of that. In Haiti we often had to change plans. Our children used to ask us why our family can't be normal, thinking other families never had to change plans. ha. God is good in spite of changed plans.
